Please note shipments to Europe, USA and the rest of the world are based on weight and location.

Changes to Deliveries
Please note changes to deliveries cannot be changed or amended once made. Additionally, please allow any additional time for bank holiday weekends or uncontrollable forces (e.g. bad weather) which are beyond the control of Royal Mail.
All deliveries require a relevant postcode for shipment.
Signature Requirements During Covid
During COVID all carriers have introduced a contact free process. This means that whilst you will not have to sign for delivery of your parcel it will require the courier to take a picture of you and your parcel at the front door – keeping a safe distance from yourself. The courier will then sign for the parcel on your behalf.
Not in at the Time of Delivery
If no one is around to receive/sign for your parcel it may be passed to your neighbour to keep for you or returned to the local depot for security reasons. If we are unable to deliver your parcel a non-delivery card will be left with you. The courier will attempt to deliver your order on three separate occasions. Thereafter, if your parcel is returned to our distribution centre we will refund your order immediately. All refunds may take up to 10 working days to do so.
Lost in Transit
If your order is lost in transit we will investigate your enquiry immediately.
Shipping Outside of the UK and Channel Islands
If you live outside of the UK you will pay increased delivery charges. You will also be liable for any import duties, customs and taxes that operate in your country.
