12. Is delivery free?
Delivery is only free if you spend £75 or more.
13. Do you deliver to PB Box addresses?
No. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Additionally, we require a correct address and postcode from you to accept an order.
14. How long will my order take once I have ordered it?
All standard orders placed in the UK and Channel Islands should only take 3-4 working days. If you want the Next Day delivery service then this must be done by 12.00 pm the day before
15. Do you ship orders outside of the UK?
Yes. We ship to the Republic of Ireland and the rest of the World. Please refer to our overseas delivery charges. All delivery times and charges are determined by the geographic location.
16. Do you charge import and tax fees for international deliveries?
No. Customs and import charges will be added by the relevant authorities in each country. Please contact your Customs Office for further information on this.
17. Can I track my order?
Yes. We will send you a tracking email of your order details.
18. What if I’m not going to be in to receive my parcel?
No problem. You will get three attempts for your parcel to be delivered in the UK. If you are not in on your first attempt the delivery guy will leave a ‘sorry I missed you’ card. Please contact the delivery guy using the contact details on the card to rearrange a suitable time for delivery.
19. What action do I take if there is an item missing from my order?
If there is an item missing from your order then please contact us immediately so that we can resolve it at: customerservices@workgirl.co.uk.
20. I have received a faulty item?
If you have received a faulty item then please send it back to us as soon as possible. Upon return, please confirm where the fault is so that we can take the appropriate action. We will simply exchange the item or refund you immediately if we do not have a replacement in stock.
21. I’ve received an incorrect size?
If you have received an incorrect size then please send the item back to us so we can check if the correct size is still in stock and we will send you the correct size.
